Tango for some Mango💃🏻🥭

Another fruity Bingsoo flavour? Yes, please! Is it mango season now? Definitely! This is the perfect time to eat some Mango Bingsoo at Sweety and Sweet Café 😌.

Bingsoo Hotspot 6 (pt.2) 🍧:
Sweety and Sweet Café, Lidcombe

This is a café mentioned in my previous Bingsoo Hotspot 6 (pt.1) post. Along with the sweet strawberry flavour Bingsoo that Sweety and Sweet café serves, they also have a juicy Mango Bingsoo. Sweety and Sweet café is a popular café on the food street of Lidcombe. The café attracts people (or me 😅) with its bright yellow exterior and welcoming atmosphere 😃.

How to Order, Setup of the Café and Price

To view the ordering process and setup of the Sweety and Sweet café, please view Bingsoo Hotspot 6 (pt.1).

The price of the Mango Bingsoo was $13 at the time that I ordered it. Once again, please double check the prices upon visiting Sweety and Sweet café 😅.

Additionally, Sweety and Sweet Café serves multiple Bingsoo flavours including mango cheesecake, Oreo, red bean and strawberry 😊

Bingsoo Presentation

Hmmm… In terms of the presentation, the gigantic slice of cheesecake on top of the Mango Bingsoo was definitely the focal point for me 😂

Otherwise, the cold steel bowl was filled with fine desiccated pieces of milk Bingsoo. The Mango Bingsoo was decorated with big pieces of juicy mango and drizzled with sweet mango syrup. To finalise the Mango Bingsoo presentation, a giant slice of cheesecake was placed on top of the milk Bingsoo 🍰. The steel bowl was set on top of a pretty pink plate, which complemented the yellow colour of the mango 🤩

Bingsoo Taste

I have previously visited Sweety and Sweet café and had their Strawberry Bingsoo 🍓. I loved their strawberry syrup that added so much flavour to the Bingsoo 🤤. This time round, their Mango Bingsoo was also delicious (mostly because of the mango syrup 😝).

The Mango Bingsoo had a nice mango flavour due to the mango syrup that was drizzled between the layers of the milk Bingsoo. The mango was so juicy, sweet and had a hint of sourness 🤤. Whereas, the cheesecake slice was quite hard to consume on the mountain of milk Bingsoo, so we had to place it on the plate to eat 😅. The cheesecake tasted light, creamy and sweet. I would have preferred for the cheesecake to be cut into cubes and decoratively placed around the milk Bingsoo (like in Korea), which would have made it a little easier to eat 😆. Otherwise, the mango syrup was the MVP of the desert 😊. It enhanced the mango flavour of the Bingsoo while adding a fruity sweetness 🥭.

Hence, if you are looking for a fruity Bingsoo that is sweet with a tinge of sourness, head into Sweety and Sweet Café (they have the best fruit syrups) for their Mango Bingsoo 😆.

Bingsoo Rating

This Bingsoo rating will be out of 5 stars based on my personal preferences and experience 😏. I will outline the common attributes and quality that I look for in Bingsoo and rate it.

Bingsoo Flavour:
⭐️⭐️⭐️
.75/ 5
The Mango Bingsoo had a nice mango flavour, but it was quite subtle. It would have tasted more like mango if the staff used a mango-based mixture to make the Bingsoo instead of just using a milk mixture

Bingsoo Presentation: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.75 /5
The presentation of the Mango Bingsoo was nice with the mango pieces and mango syrup covering the white milk Bingsoo (the contrasting colours were pretty 😍). The size of the sliced cheesecake on top was also a surprise 😂

Bingsoo Ingredients:
⭐️⭐️
.25 /5
The serving size of the Mango Bingsoo was considerably small. It was almost like it was only for 1 serving 😅. It would have been nice if the staff provided more Bingsoo and mangoes or cut the cheesecake into smaller pieces so it is easier to consume 😕.

Bingsoo Melting Point:
⭐️⭐️
⭐️⭐️ /5
The Mango Bingsoo did not melt too fast.
