Nothing can match this Matcha 🍵

Are you up for another Bingsoo hotspot that serves a delicious Matcha Bingsoo? Known (to me) for their plentiful serving size, generous toppings and amazing taste, head into Hello Happy for their Matcha Bingsoo 🤩

Bingsoo Hotspot 8 (pt.2) 🍧:
Hello Happy, Strathfield

As mentioned in my post for Bingsoo Hotspot 8 (pt.1)  with the Chocolate Bingsoo, Hello Happy also serves one of my favourite Bingsoo flavours, Matcha🍵! The café has a youthful presence to it and is naturally inviting with their bright interior design 🥰.

Location and Ambience

I will move forward to the Bingsoo presentation and taste because I have mentioned the location and ambience of Hello Happy in this post

How to Order, Setup of the Café and Price

To view the ordering process and setup of the café, please view Bingsooo Hotspot 8 (pt.1)

I think the price of the regular Matcha Bingsoo that I ordered was also $16, but please double check because I may be wrong 😅.

Moreover, the other Bingsoo flavours that Hello Happy serves includes chocolate, matcha, red bean and sweet potato. They also occasionally have their seasonal fruit flavour 😉.

Bingsoo Presentation

I am genuinely impressed by the Bingsoo presentation at Hello Happy 😍. The presentation is always on point and so Instagrammable.

Hundreds of fine flakes of Matcha Bingsoo was filled in a ceramic bowl. The Bingsoo was decorated with colourful pieces of mochi, cornflakes (honey based? 😅) and whole sweet red beans. It was topped with a perfect scoop of vanilla ice-cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup and condensed milk 🤤. See what I mean by being amazed by the presentation every time? (Captivating Bingsoo presentation (pt.1): Chocolate Bingsoo) 😍. I also loved the addition of their logo and brand character on top of the plate 😉.

Bingsoo Taste

I have visited Hello Happy numerous times for their Matcha Bingsoo 😅. A common theme that I noticed from the café is that they do not intensify their Bingsoo flavours or make it extremely sweet. As such, the Matcha Bingsoo had a light matcha flavour that was not too strong or bitter 😊

The colourful mochi provided the chewiness and touch of sweetness to the Matcha Bingsoo 🍡. Whereas, the cornflakes added a nice crunchiness. I loved the sweet red beans because it was in its full form (not a paste) and was not dry 😝.  The perfect scoop of vanilla ice-cream was creamy, soft and definitely had a strong vanilla flavour 😉. Lastly, the condensed milk provided  a nutty sweetness to the Matcha Bingsoo 😌.

Thus, if you often feel satiated because a dessert is too overwhelming or sweet for you, opt for Bingsoo at Hello Happy! The café serves various Bingsoos that are light but still have a hint of the flavour 😄 (and they are very generous with their ingredients 😉).

Bingsoo Rating

This Bingsoo rating will be out of 5 stars based on my personal preferences and experience 😏. I will outline the common attributes and quality that I look for in Bingsoo and rate it.

Bingsoo Ingredients:
⭐️⭐️
⭐️⭐️.25 /5
The staff provided us with an abundant serving of Matcha Bingsoo and were very generous with the toppings (mochi, cornflakes and red beans) 😄.

Bingsoo Melting Point:
⭐️⭐️
⭐️⭐️ /5
The Matcha Bingsoo did not melt too fast and stayed in its form for a while 🤔.
